hi,
We haven't had an outing for a long time. We had several last year and I really enjoyed meeting others in the group. We had people prior to surgery, recent surgerys and great successes.
I live about 5 minutes from the route 2/ 495 intersection. We have a heated pool. I was thinking of an afternoon thing. In the past people have brought food. We had a minor clothing swap. I usually bring protein powder samples.

Suggestions of what to bring:
something that you can eat and think that others might like to try.
In the past others have brought casseroles, something for the grill, cheeses, and even desserts.
I have paper and plasticware covered.
I have directions and will send them out next week.
